Girls

Recently I have discovered a new band called "Girls". Due to their name, it's pretty hard to find something about them in the internet but finally you can (on youtube is really easy).
They only have one album, which has no name (it just says "Album")
Here is the playlist:

No. Title Length
1. Lust for Life
2:25
2. Laura 4:51
3. Ghost Mouth
3:11
4. God Damned
2:17
5. Big Bad Mean Motherfucker 2:15
6. Hellhole Ratrace
6:56
7. Headache 4:00
8. Summertime 5:39
9. Lauren Marie
4:58
10. Morning Light 2:36
11. Curls 2:08
12. Darling

They sound pretty nice and takes you back to the '80. Most of their songs reminds us of summertime so I strongly recommend it to you on rainy days like today's.
Enjoy it.

The XX

I continue reading all over the internet that the XX first album is awesome and that they are great.
I don't like them.
They play a dull music without any rhythm or without any singing. They always miss something.
More over, I also dislike the singers voices...
But they're rocking the world!!

Vampire Weekend new album: Contra

I loved Vampire Weekend's first album, full of energical happy songs such as A-Punk or Boston and I hoped that their second album continued the same path, but I was disapointed when I heard it. I don't mean to say that it was aweful, just that it was worst than the first...
If any of you haven't listened to it jet I recommend you to give it a try but don't spect the same quality as the shown in the firt album.

P.D: can anybody tell me why they use spanish words such as "Contra or "Horchata" and talk about Spain in their songs?
